Each machine is secured in reinforced wooden crates, custom-built for safe transit. All components are bench-tested in Bhandup before packing.

Partnered logistics firms handle freight. Dispatch documentation, including GST invoice, is generated at this stage for seamless transfer.

Pan-India tracking links are provided upon dispatch. Real-time updates ensure transparency from our Bhandup facility to your workshop.

Inspect goods immediately upon arrival. Report any transit damage before signing the delivery receipt for prompt warranty claim processing.

Transit Damage & Defective Parts

Powerza guarantees all machinery against manufacturing defects. For transit-damaged goods, a clear inspection protocol must be followed upon delivery. Document any external damage before signing the delivery receipt.

Defective parts replacement is handled directly by our service team. Contact the logistics desk within 48 hours of receipt for all claims. Full warranty terms are detailed in your purchase invoice.
